We produce
floor frames
for swap body (BDF) containers and hot dip galvanized fixed bodies made of improved quality steel in lengths of 7 to 14 metres and load-bearing capacity of 12 to 40 tonnes. We manufacture substructures (Hilsframes) bolted directly to the truck rail. The frames are made together with SCHNEIDER type cross-beams.
We also make load-bearing frames for 45 ft. containers intended for rail and road transport with the load capacity of 29 tonnes.
We offer truck accessories including load-bearing beams, brackets for wings and lamps, spare wheel baskets, reinforcements, telescopic supports and a number of other subassemblies.
All the components are made by qualified professionals according to the expectations and based on the international standards confirmed with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 quality certificates.
